Search methodology

  • Engagement & Commencement
NECTO Community Interest Company will work with you to review and confirm the specification of the role, including required skilled and responsibilities. We work to understand your approach and work environment. When not already in place, we can assist you to develop the type of reward framework that helps you deliver high quality service.
  • Candidate profiling
We will work with you to pinpoint the candidate's expected competencies, personality, attitude, agreeing on the definition of the ideal candidate. The profiles are designed to fit your organisational culture.
  • Initial research
NECTO Community Interest Company will meet with you to present and review our initial finding from the search. We produce a list of our primary target candidates, as well as our view of their fit. Any intelligence gathered through outreach and research will be shared. NECTO Community Interest Company will verify each candidate's qualifications.
  • Assessment and Shortlist
We will provide a comprehensive assessment and a complete profile of the each candidate's practice, knowledge, leadership abilities, motivation and capacity to grow within the job. Our analysis provides insight into how candidates are likely to behave and operate in the new role. E will also highlight potential risks.
  • Completion
In the last stage of the research we will present you the candidate. We provide meaningful insight into the past performance and reputation. Under certain circumstances we can present you a video interview of the candidates.Together we will decide who is appointable and agree on the starting date.

Accelerated integration
The first months of a new employee recruited oversees can be critical. Getting the tenure right can dramatically expedite their transformation into a functioning employee.
In order to accelerate integration we are available for any questions regarding culturalisation of the new employee or even create an organisational assimilation strategy.

Onboarding stages
Throughout the first 40 days of employment, we will gather feedback on first impressions. NECTO Community Interest Company will meet regularly with the recruit and invite them to reflect on progress, identify early challenges and calibrate their approach. For the first 6 months we will offer monthly coaching and mentoring to secure lasting integration and define professional development goals.

Fees
For our first project we work on a success fee. Once we develop a trustworthy relationship we explore a customised approach based on a win-win principle.
